What’s a nano optical film?

As the name implies, the film  is composed of nanoscale optical structures, which are uniformly coated on one or both sides of individual substrates using ultraviolet exposure techniques, thereby achieving nanoscale control and adjustment of light angles.

As a optical device, nano  optical films play an increasingly significant role not only in the LED lighting sector but also in various other fields. They are involved in personal computer displays, tablet screens, household appliances, consumer electronics, liquid crystal displays, smart panel switches, and new energy batteries.

Today, I will introduce a asymmetric nano optical film-Singel asymmetric film, which is independently developed by HercuLux. HercuLux possesses full intellectual property rights and a complete set of production and control facilities for this product. Next, I will elaborate on the product features of the UniPolar Film and its applications in the LED lighting sector.

Specification: Currently, HercuLux offers two types of Films: one is the single-sided film ( Nano optical microstructures on the front side and no optical microstructures on the back); and the other is the double-sided film (Nano optical microstructures on the front side  and diffuser optical microstructures on the back).

Adapt to Kirin Optical Platform: The Kirin Optical platform has a large number of product series, each of which has its own significant application direction. With Singel asymmetric film, it once again enriches the angle of each series on the platform, which is believed to bring more application experience to customers.

Adapt to Firefly Series: As HercuLux focus on promoting this year's series, launched so far by many domestic and foreign customers, and has developed a lot of very good products, single asymmetric film can be further enriched by the addition of home lighting, commercial lighting, wall washing and grazing wall applications.

Adapt to lensless lighting: For many lensless lighting fixtures, such as those Light with a diffuser cover, single bias film can be effortlessly managed. Simply by replacing the diffuser cover, we can also have a wall washing luminaire suitable for numerous settings, including supermarkets, warehouses, and office lighting, among others.
